The attorneys are experienced practitioners in the areas of personal injury, family law, residential real estate , estate planning and litigation, commercial real estate, zoning and land use, and general corporate law. Principals Russel B. Teschon, Peter Riccobene, and Darryl Siss together with associate Michael Hickey provide seasoned and diverse legal experience such that the majority of legal needs can be met.
The attorneys of the firm also spend additional time outside the firm serving public and charitable interests. For example, Russel B. Teschon currently serves as Municipal Court Judge for the Township of Wyckoff and as the chair person of an Early Settlement Panel of the Superior Court in Bergen County. Darryl Siss currently serves as Planning Board attorney for the Boroughs of Midland Park. Peter Riccobene has the unique qualification of an L.L.M. degree in tax law. Members of the firm are also active in their local churches and charitable organizations such as, Emergence Church, Eastern Christian Children’s Retreat, Madison Avenue Crossroads Community Ministry, and Hawthorne Christian Academy.
