Darryl W. Siss, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, zoning and land use applications, landlord-tenant matters, and business entity formation.

A graduate of Montclair State University (B.A.) and Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., Magna Cum Laude), Mr. Siss is known for his dedication to providing effective, client-focused legal solutions.

With a long background in land use law, he previously served as Passaic County Counsel, board attorney for the Midland Park Planning Board, Hawthorne Planning Board and the Prospect Park Board of Adjustment as well as representing clients before numerous planning boards. His deep understanding of land use regulations makes him a trusted advisor for developers, property owners, and businesses navigating complex zoning and planning matters.

After 35 years, Mr. Siss has made the exciting transition to serve as Of Counsel to the firm. This new role allows him to continue providing valued guidance on client matters while also spending more time with his family and continuing to serve as a trustee of Madison Avenue Crossroads Community Ministries and a member of the Hawthorne Rotary.  He previously served as trustee and vice president of the Board of Hope Christian Services.
